Seafood Casserole

Interesting way to use like 30 dollars worth of seafood.

Edit: did the math on mylocal Fred Meyer delivery app and it’s around 50 bucks looks like. No thanks.

You’ve gotta be kidding me. That’s like 30 dollars in seafood to anyone that doesn’t live near an ocean. This is something your alcoholic aunt brings to Christmas and then cries in the spare bedroom because noone touched it.

What (I cannot stress this enough) the fuck?

This might be the most horrific-looking dish I’ve ever seen on this subreddit.

What if I do this same recipe, but instead of using approxminately $50 worth of seafood, I just, like, get a bunch of big cans of chunk tuna and crab meat? Same effect, without wasting 4 cups of white wine on boiling all the flavor out of delicious seafood.

What the fuck?

Raw scallops, raw shrimp tails off and deveined, into a small baking dish. Add a few tablespoons of butter and some salt. Crunch up a good handful of Ritz crackers on top to mostly cover. Bake at 350 for like twenty minutes.
Squeeze lemon on top or not.

Eat that shit.

This looks really good but I’m not sure I could do that to scallops. They are also expensive…casseroles are for canned tuna.

This looks fucked

Is this a prank?

This gif made my stomach turn. The final product looks fine, but cheese, canned crab, shrimp, scallops and mayonnaise all mixed together and baked sounds nauseating.
